First of all, after almost a week, I need to take care of a little business. About a week ago {sooo sorry that this took so long}, Kim at Fist Full of Dandelions was sweet enough to give me ANOTHER blog award. {I am realllly starting to like these awards, by the way}.
Again with the fine print {yadda, yadda}
So, here are the rules of the "One Lovely Blog" award:
1. Accept the award
2. Post it on your blog together with the name of the person who has granted the award, and his or her blog link.
3. Pass the award to 15 other blogs that you’ve newly discovered. Remember to contact the bloggers to let them know they have been chosen for this award. (sorry--I'm only doing 7)
And the winners are...
1. Accept the award

And the winners are...
- Becky @ The Nilius' Up North-- Is a real life friend from college and relatively new to the bloggy world. We 'met' during our freshman year while we were giving blood, and by our sophomore year, we were dating the 'men of our dreams' who were great friends and roommates, so by the end of the year, by default, we were spending lots of time together and were great friends. I sang in her wedding {I still have nightmares about that}, aThis summer, she just had a sweet baby girl Delaney, and I so wish they didn't live so far away.
- Emily @ The Keeping Time--is a bloggy friend friend from Sicily. She is an Edit*NAVY* Wife, who along with her husband just committed to remain in the *Navy* for a few more years. Her girls Katherine and Penelope are a-dorable and will probably be models some day. I love reading about their adventures as a *NAVY* family and am very thankful to get to know a lady who is selflessly allowing her husband to serve our country. Thanks Emily--love your blog :)
- Jenn @ Starvin For Sunshine--she's kind of a 'real life friend'. But I'd say more of an acquaintance because I know who she IS from college but she was older than me when I was there. She's a real life friend of my sister-in-law. There we go ;) Jenn has a lovely little blog and a beautiful little boy, and like Emily, is soon going to be a military wife. She and her hubs are going to be taking a HUGE step of faith in the next few months, one that I totally admire, as her husband enlists in the Army.
- Kate @ Savvy Little Women--Another bloggy friend. One of whom I am daily amazed, and humbled by. She has a wonderful faith and trust in Jesus Christ and is proof that not only can lightning strike once.......but it can strike twice. Head on over and check her out. It won't take you long to figure out why :)
- Wendi @ Every Day Miracles--I linked up to here post on Sunday, but I have to give her this award as well. Her writing just floors me. Every.single.time. As I've begun to track back to how we could possibly really know each other (we both worked at IRBC in '97!!), I have gone through a lot of the archives of her blog, and to say she has FAITH....is an understatement. She is due with a sweet baby boy Malachi at the end of the month. Check her out....she is great. If I haven't already, I want to meet her someday.
- H-Mama @ The Family Team-- Adorable bloggy friend who just got an AWESOME new blog layout from a fellow bloggy friend. She has a couple beautiful daughters, she's an awesome photog, and she's one of those lovely southern ladies who I'm terribly jealous of since it's still like 90 down there. I heart her writing.....always honest, witty and a great read.
- Katie @ Une Autre Mere-- I am not really new to this lady's blog. But I gotta. Katie was my 'summer babysitter' when I was younger. She probably thought I was the biggest brat ever....I can remember playing Monopoly w/ her & my sisters...and cheating bad. I was bad. Plus, almost all of my clothes from 4th-8th grade were from her, so, I owe her big time :) Now we're both all growed up and the age gap has vanished. I actually beat her to 3 babies by 2 months ;) Plus...she has a GREAT name.
Head on over and check these ladies out. They all have lovely blogs that you will definitely enjoy!
Now.....this is for everybody. If you ever needed a pick-me-up on a rainy day, {and it's rainy here}, you need to check this out. I can't take credit for finding this, a cousin found it and had it posted on facebook. All I can say is......at least she's pretty.

I love Kellie Pickler :)
Oh, that's hilarious....my favorite "I've heard of Turkey..." *snort* :) Cute. :) Thanks, Katie...I did enjoy that! :)
Congrats on getting another award!!
Oh My! This video...I don't even know what to say! LOL. I will agree with you at least she is pretty.
Congratulations to you! And thank you so much! Your sweet compliments are an award within themselves. ;)
Kelly Pickler is something else, isn't she?
Don't forget to send me your addy! Yay!
Gee, thanks! You really brightened my day, and considering that a woman asked me if I knew "whether it's a boy or a girl" this afternoon--despite the fact that I'm so clearly NOT pregnant--well, this day needed a little brightening!
You won't take it back if I tell you my husband's actually in the Navy though, right?
OH...darn Emily, I did know that.....darn. I will change that. He flies though, right? Thats where I think I got confused. I am feeling confused right now:) I DID mean to give you the award, not someone else.
And how horrible of people to not think before they speak. NEVER ask that question--never NEVER.
Oh my goodness, I feel SO sorry for Kellie Pickler. What a bad example of American fame! Sad. I hope she was putting on some airhead moments there just to uphold a carefree image, or something. Is France a country?! Seriously?!
I found your blog through Rachelle's blog. You said that you had a knat problem? So did I until I did this:
For knats, set a dish of vinegar (I use red wine vinegar) mixed with a bit of dish soap (Dawn works good). The knats go to it and die!

Hey! I just stumbled upon your blog (somewhere??) and it's super fun! Also, we are in the process of adopting #3 right now and have named him Silas. :)
haha! that is SO funny!
thanks for stopping by my blog!
What?! You cheated at Monopoly?! I had NO idea! *wink* And you weren't bad, just a little ornery maybe. But what fun is a perfect child? None at all I tell ya.
And I'm sorry you had to wear my hand-me-downs. I'm sure they mostly consisted of oversized t-shirts and tapered jeans (the 90's were sooo cool).
And THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the award! I feel so honored that you'd think of me!
I have read this post last week, and I thought I commented...hmmm, maybe I AM losing my mind!!
Thanks so much for your sweet words!! You are awesome!
